The artistic fountain

Next to the Georges Pompidou Centre in Paris was a long rectangular shaped fountain with different large colored objects spreading water from multiple holes. It was very pretty and surreal to watch as the big red lips spit out water every few minutes and the blue hat havering over the fountain kept spinning. This area was also accompanied by graffiti almost everywhere there was a brick, a wall or a hard surface. People wrote on buildings, the floor, traffic light, pipe lines and rooftops. No one really knows how they got up and down there but we enjoy the show nonetheless.
