These stairs are located in Achrafieh, Lebanon. There was a plan to destroy them back in 2012, so Beirut residents, for the first time, decided to give a big NO to the municipal plan of demolition: these 73 steps mean something to the residents, tourists and artists in Lebanon. The Dihazahyners famously painted these steps in vibrant geometric colors.
